How to be Happy in Life: 6 Habits to be Happier.
We always want to be happy in life but for some unknown reasons, we do not get what we had wished for. We always keep searching happiness outside. We imagine happiness as an asset. Happiness is not an asset, it is a feeling that we experience when we change our habits.
We, humans, have a tendency to pick bad habits more quickly than good habits. Those bad habits are the unknown reasons for us not being happy. When we start changing those habits, we start to feel happier and everyone around us seems nice. Here are a few ways to boost your happiness:
Never let your mind take a troll in the park. Remain busy always. Develop a hobby. Do something that you are interested in. It can be anything like singing, dancing, gardening, bodybuilding etc. Keeping your mind will only breed negative thoughts because we give our negative side a little edge over positiveness.
Learn a new language, acquire new skills, or do things that interest you. Only then you can keep your mind busy. Think of new ideas that will make your life more enjoyable for you.
We have always thought of taking that special one to a beautiful candlelight dinner date so that we can express our feelings to them. Have you ever thought of taking yourself on a brunch? That's because it is not our thing to do. Right?
When I was in college, I wanted to do stuff, I wanted to spread ideas but could not do because of fear. I feared whether anyone will like it not, someone will make a joke. Now when I look back I regret not doing those things, not even attempting to do it.
We all want to earn more money than the previous year. In the pursuit of chasing money, we forget to enjoy our life. In one of his videos, Gaur Gopal Das explained that whether we drive a Bentley or a Volkswagen the road remains the same, whether we have Rolex or a Quartz the time remains the same.
Your company does not pay on your name and attitude, but on the work that you do for it. When you love your job, you will start earning so much money that you have always wished for. When you start running after your dream, money follows you. But when you run after money, Happiness Blocks you.
Every reaction that we produce for the actions performed by others is a very complex process. When you register an action, your brain process it and then it gives a reaction. For eg: When someone says something unpleasant about you, your brain process the words and instantly you feel insulted.
The processing unit of our brain is so fast that we do not even recognize that it happens. We think there is only a reaction to every action but we forget the background tasks. Now the action taken by others is not under your control, but you can control the thought of your brain, hence, controlling your reaction.
If you ever feel insulted, hurt, lonely or sad, that in only because of the wrong processing of your thoughts. You chose to feel insulted, not others. Change your thoughts processing and you will see a great change in yourself.

Life without a goal is like a car without a destination. No matter how fun it is during the day, you crave for a home in the evening. That home is your destination. Set goals in your life to enjoy living. Always set small, big and huge goals.
Small goals mean daily and weekly goals, Big goals mean monthly and yearly goals, and huge goals are the dreams that you each and every day. The big goals are the yearly version of your dreams and small goals are the daily version of your big dreams.
Start completing your small goals and progress towards your dream. But in the completing the daily goals keep your vision crystal clear on your dreams. Because once your dream becomes blurry you lose your daily motivation.
2. Keep yourself busy 'ALWAYS':-

I wish someone would have guided me back then, someone would have explained that its Okay to say what you feel. Someone to make me understand that they will criticize you for a short span and when they will know your worth they will follow you.
I want you to understand that whatever you are stressing on today will not even matter after a year. Do whatever you want to do, say whatever you want to say, travel wherever you want to be.
Clear your head of negativeness like- fear, being criticized, rejection, less self-respect, etc. These things are like an anchor to your ship. They just weigh you down. You have to leave these feeling behind and rise to a platform on which you want to show yourself to the world. Appreciation and criticism is a part life.
5. Running after Money Will Land You Nowhere:-

To be happy is a matter of choice. We always choose money over happiness. We stress ourselves over things that will not matter after a few days or weeks. You have to stop running after money. When you go after what interest you or what you love doing, then every day is a holiday.

So I just want to tell you that give it a try. Either you will succeed or will discover any new idea from it.Though this could be the challenging task for you to get your blogs at the last page of the notebook but then also just go for it.
